Skill Assessments

PSI has access to over 400 skills assessments that help identify qualified candidates based on job skill requirements. These assessments increase the efficiency of recruiting, qualifying, interviewing and the selection process.

Utilizing Kenexa Prove It!® assessments, candidates are assessed using full program simulations. Candidates complete actual software tasks in a fully functional software environment. Prove It! offers many levels of assessments ranging from beginner to the advanced levels. Candidates may complete skill assessments via the internet at home, or they may take them at our office. Results are immediately available so there’s no delay in evaluating candidates.
