"One year ago I was in a field that was going nowhere, long hours, overtime, and no room to move up the ladder; I realized I had to make a career move. I knew this move would be difficult; I would literally have to go from one extreme to the other. I needed help transitioning from one aspect to the other and I did not know how to do that.
