Customer Service/Collections P/T

Our client located in Chalfont is seeking Customer Service Reps who are experienced in a call center or collections environment, has great communication skills, and has the ability to work well with others. Qualified candidates will call 1st time late clients to resolve payment issues, interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and resolve customer complaints.

Duties:

*Advise customers of available payment terms

*negotiate payment plans

*respond to customer inquiries

* manage customer accounts to ensure the collection of past due lease financing

Requirements; HS Diploma

Hours: Flexible/Any three days per week 5pm-9pm

Saturday 1pm-5pm

Sunday 12pm-4pm

Salary:$12-$13/hr
