Job Seekers
Why PSI?
PSI has over three decades of experience placing candidates in the right jobs. Our dedicated recruiters and staffing coordinators help you find a position that's right for you. Our in-depth interview and evaluation process enables us to understand your career goals and skill-sets. We offer tutorials in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Office XP, Access, and PowerPoint for all registered candidates. You can brush up on your skills or learn new ones.
We invite you to look at the different career options we offer and see which one is right for you. Our full-service employment choices allow flexibility - work on a temporary assignment while looking for the right full-time position, or try out a Temp-To-Hire position.
Direct Placement
In the more traditional approach to securing a position, PSI has extensive experience placing skilled candidates into full-time positions in areas such as accounting, administrative, clerical, executive, financial, legal, management, marketing, technical and more.
Our thorough process of screening resumes, interviewing, and evaluating each candidate provides us with the information necessary to make quality placements, matching candidate goals with client needs. On the client side, we obtain an in-depth understanding of their business and culture. PSI conducts on-site evaluations of each client to assure safe and comfortable work environments. Temporary Placements
Our clients may need to hire temporary help to cover for an employee due to illness, maternity leave, fluctuating workflow or special project work. Assignments can vary from a few days to several months. Sometimes, our clients are looking for permanent part-time assistance.
Working as a "temp" allows you to keep a very flexible schedule. Temporary assignments help build upon your skills and experience and can sometimes lead to the possibility of being hired by the client company.
As a PSI temporary employee you are eligible for free computer skills training, paid holidays, and vacation benefits.
Temporary-to-Hire placements offer you and the client an opportunity to develop a working relationship. You are a PSI employee placed on the assignment with the assumption that you will be converted to the client's payroll within a 13 week period. If, at any time, you or the client are not satisfied with the arrangement the assignment can be terminated.
