Job Description:

  • Set up and operate and edit programs on a CHNC, CNC 2 to perform machining operations.
  • Will work with Hardinger CNC & MAZ AK machines.
  • Must be familiar with the following programs: CADCAM, MASTERCAM, BOBCAD

Hours: 10am-6:30pm M-F      *Must be willing to work Sat & Sun as needed*

Retail General Store Manager

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and customer service skills
  • Implement store’s objectives and individual goals
  • Ensure all associates receive appropriate training for their position
  • Follow and execute all company policies and procedures to ensure the security of the  business and its assets
  • Analyze store financial data and develop forecasts and budget strategies
  • Develop inventory control measures and accountability
  • Responsible for inventory replenishment by utilizing sound purchasing decisions
  • Facilitate the development of advertising and promotional campaigns through newspaper, store circulars, monthly flyers, email blasts, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Responsible for the immediate HR needs of the store
  • Organize all staff meetings and training with manufacturers and /or distributor sales people

Knowledge and Skills

Our client who specializes in government manufacturing products used for the military,utility and construction companies is seeking a FT Production Manager to join their team.

                                                        Job Description
                                            Reports To:Operations Manager   

A.   Oversees production of all products to ensure the following:

  • Meet quality standards                                                     
  • Meet production standards
  • Meet production schedules       
  • Meet all safety (OSHA) and cleanliness standard

B.   Oversees material handling activities including:

  • Receiving of materials     
  • Inventory control and warehousing
  • Distribution to the production floor

C.   Oversees establishment of production processes including
      setting up assembly lines and improving processes as needed:

  • Checking and verifying production operator self reports 
  • Quality assurance reports                                       
  • Shipping information                                                         
  • Inventory records                                                             

D.   Input on/identification of new product ideas feasible with
      companies capabilities:

  • Evaluate and/or determine proper assembly processes 
  • Updating of time standards
  • Assist with evaluations and reports required for product development     
  • Identify and handle product quality problems         

E.   Oversees personnel management including:

  • Training of new employees                 
  • Employee appraisals                                             
  • Scheduling of employees                   
  • Scheduling of Sen Han Transit for VI employees   
  • Hiring and firing when applicable                                     

F.   Maintains a positive company image:

  • Attend outside meetings and conferences             
  • Communicate with relevant outside agencies, NIB, GSA, etc.
  • Communicate with management team (plant mgr, sales mgr, quality mgr, company president, etc.)

G.   Help to foster a positive environment – A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
