Our client in Wayne, PA is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to make outbound calls (Business to Business), maintain and build client relationships as well as market specialized products. Our interest is in consulting with medical offices, introducing the product so they may offer this to their patients. This is more on a softer level of sales.
As a Telesales Representative you will be assigned a regional territory for our client, a manufacturer in the specialty Pharmaceutical industry. Preferred work hours for qualified candidates would be 8:30am-5:00pm day.
In this role, you will function as an extension of the company’s sales force. Your client base will be medical practitioners and acute care facilities. You will be responsible for initiating and completing the sales process with new and existing customers. The overall responsibilities of the position are to increase sales and expand business through utilization of professional sales skills, excellent customer service practices and accurate product knowledge over the phone.
Our client will provide the tools necessary to perform the job responsibilities; a computer, high-speed Internet access and phone line for your home office. Our client will also provide extensive industry, products and system training before the commencement of calls.
Successful candidates will have previous business-to-business sales experience (telephone or field sales) strong communication skills, consultative selling skills, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Pharmaceutical experience a plus. Staff is required to attend periodic sales meetings (sometimes on-line, sometimes in person). Meetings are generally conducted in the Philadelphia area.

Wholesale east cost bakery operation, producing fresh & frozen cakes, pies, muffins, brownies, and various other sweet goods for nationwide distribution, is looking for packing machine mechanics. Must have own tools.
Duties include;
Cares for mechanical equipment by completing work orders, preventive maintenance on ovens, drives, depositors, wrappers, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and support equipment. Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years minimum experience. Familiar with PLC's and Good Manufacturing Practices. Experienced with welding, motors, tools, conveyor systems, production machines, preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, follow diagrams, manuals, instructions and engineering specifications. Food Industry experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare/Review individual and/or consolidated financial statements for assigned portfolios.
- Review reconciliation prepared by property accountants.
- Review/Reconcile cash reserves and prepare draw requests.
- Prepare and/or review straight line rent recognition schedules in accordance with applicable leases.
- Prepare CMA reconciliation's for monthly accrual postings.
- Calculate and record depreciation/amortization for tangible and intangible assets & liabilities.
- Prepare monthly sales and use tax returns.
- Review/Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable department to ensure that all charges are billed in accordance with the applicable leases.
- Review and approve invoices to ensure that all expenses are properly classified.
